The measurement specification: manifest formation, external fidelity, the control and attractor formalisms, statistical process control, and the runtime decision model.
03Validation Report
What was tested, on what, with which qualifications: adversarial evaluations, benign-use calibration, external agentic benchmarks, and what each does not establish.
04Record of Trust Protocol
The evidence model and the receipt path, with the receipt exhibit, the demonstration key, the standalone cold verifier, and the limits that travel with them.
05Regulatory Alignment Map
Where the record could contribute evidence under the EU AI Act, California SB 53 and SB 243, Colorado SB 26-189, FDA QMSR, ISO, NAIC, NIST and OWASP, and where it cannot.
